Alex Pearce

My yogic journey:
Alex’s journey into yoga began after a skiing injury, when she was advised that incorporating a regular yoga practice into her rehabilitation would be the quickest path back to the slopes. After years of dedicated self-practice, Alex felt inspired to deepen her understanding and share her passion for yoga. She completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Nico Luce and has since taught internationally in Canada, Bali, Barbados, France, and the UK. Alex has accumulated an extensive number of hours in trainings and teachings in various styles, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, and Tibetan sound bowls.
