Reset your body and mind during the 3 day weekend retreat.

We combine guided meditation, yoga asana practice, qigong, breath work, journaling, walking meditation, connection with nature and barefoot hikes through glacier streams in the powerful and beautiful mountains to challenge our comfort zone and overcome our self imposed limitations.

Furthermore, by changing the subconscious programmes that stop us from achieving greatness, we learn to set ourselves free.

We start with identifying the beliefs by challenging ourselves,

then we rewrite the subconscious programs by redirecting our attention and energy on the vision of the future we want, to finally uncover the unlimited potential in ourselves.

08.00 – 09.30 : Unlimited Energy Awakening Practice: Yoga and Qigong

11.30 - 14:30 : Mindful Hike with journalling and snack lunch

17.30 - 18.30 : Uncompromising Will Empowering Practice

19:00 : Closing Circle and Goodbyes
