The easiest way to book a class is via the Mindbody App
Note : If you are buying a class pass and want the membership deal (but don't yet have a membership) you will need to buy the annual or seasonal membership first on the app before buying and booking your classes.

Logging into Mindbody/ Se connecter à MindBody
1. Go to your App store on your mobile phone
2. Choose Mindbody: Fitness, Salon.... (NOT, mindbody business)
3. Once the App has downloaded, you can set up your account : Enter your details and remember your password ;-)
4. once in the App, type in Wholeycow on the top 'Search for Anything' box
5. Ensure you are in the 'BUSINESSES' section where you can either 'View Schedule' or 'View Pricing'.
6. You can Direclty book a class from here (view schedule section), purchase a membership, a 5 or 10 Class Pass as well as Workshops etc...
(Top Tip : Purchase a membership first before the Class pass for cheaper classes!)
To Book a class/ Réserver une cours
1.Go into Wholeycow in the MindBody App
2. Choose the 'BUSINESSES' section at the top right
3. Select Wholeycow
4. Select 'View Schedule'
5. Find the class you want to book into and press BOOK.
You will need a credit card to book a class as booking online requires you to pay upfront. The booking system, not wholeycow, keeps your credit card details for future use, making it easier for you to book in other classes wherever you go!

Membership Prices not Displaying/ Prix de membres non affichés
The membership pricing options will only be displayed if you have a current membership. Once you buy your membership all prices will show again.
You can purchase this on the App in the 'View Pricing' section.
Username / Nom d'utilisateur
Your username in the mindbody App is the email address or name that is registered under your account name.
If you use a different email address you will essentially be setting up a new user account and your class passes will not appear.
If you have inadvertedley set up two accounts for yourself, please let us know and we can adjust this for you.
Passwords/ Mots de passe
The first time you log into the Mindbody App you will be asked to set your own password up. We do not assign you a password.
Unpaid classes/ Cours non payés
When you have just bought a pass - the class pass is activated from the date of the first class that is assigned to that pass.
If the date of the first class is not the earliest class on the list then previous classes will not be automatically assigned to the pass. Please contact us and we can fix this issue for you.
Expiration of Class Pass or Membership / Expiration du Pass Classe
You can see details in your Mindbody App account of your purchases and expiration dates.
In the Mindbody App, at the bottom right under 'Profile' you will be able to select 'Passes' where you will see how many passes you have left and when they expire.
Under exceptional circumstances we can extend your pass, but it is your responsibility to keep track of the expiry.
Why is a different currency appear when I book online or on the app/ Pourquoi une devise différente apparaît-elle lorsque je réserve en ligne ou sur l'application
The Currency on the App will match the location you have set your MindBody App for, however no matter the currency the price is set in CHF so ignore the currency symbol!
This can be changed by
For iOS, this can be changed by going to: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region > set where business is located.
For Android, this can be changed (on Android OS version 8.1.0) by going to: Settings > System > Languages > Languages & Input > Languages > set the language of the region. (May vary on Android devices depending on the manufacturer, but should automatically set when purchased).
