Emma is a certified Health Coach who is passionate about helping people live their happiest, healthiest life. She is a breath of fresh air to the health space with her honest, open and realistic approach to health.
Her philosophy is centred around achieving balance and can help you; balance your mood swings, anxiety and stress, improve digestive orders, identify any food intolerances and allergies, improve your energy and sleep patterns, heal your relationship with food and your body, as well as balance cravings and conquer obsessive food thoughts.
Emma believes that everyone is different and takes a personalised approach to health coaching. In her coaching she creates a safe space and breaks down goals into simple practices that over time allow you to make a sustainable, long-term transformation.
