JOANNE CHANDLER
Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. She hopes that whether you are a student or teacher, you will also discover your own personal transformation at Wholeycow.

Health and Hygiene Commitments at Inspire
Our main priority is to offer a safe and respectful experience for those coming to the studio in accordance with the new government health guidelines. We have procedures in place to ensure proper distancing, as well as health and safety measures for clients and staff.
-
All the disinfectants used in the studio are checked to ensure that they meet the
criteria laid down by the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs for use against the COVID-19 virus. -
Appointments are staggered to minimise social contact, and clients are registered by telephone to avoid a gathering in the studio entrance.
-
Hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel is available at the entrance to the studio, in the bathroom and in the massage room.
-
Masks are available if needed.
Our Classes:
Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel or blanket to cover the bolsters if you wish to use them. As an additional precaution, all blankets and eye pillows have been removed from the studios.
A disinfectant spray is available in each room.
Indoors, we limit to 10 people depending on the class.
Our Treatments & Massages:
The entire room is regularly disinfected, including the table, headrest, door handles, drawer handles, cupboards, stools and the light switches.
Our therapists will wear masks, wash and disinfect their hands before going into the lobby to greet their clients and after all treatments.
Masks are offered for clients during treatment.
Our Team:
All staff members will wear masks when in the studio, common areas and during any
interaction with a client. Each teacher will clean surfaces such as door handles, light
switches and the main studio entrance door after each class and will make sure any studio equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after use.
Our Customers :
