Milly Harrison

Milly came to yoga, as many do, with a view to getting back into shape, but she was immediately struck by the transformative qualities the practice had to offer, both on and off the mat.

She has completed 550 hours of training in various styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin and is keen to share her passion for yoga and the incredible benefits it can bring, both physically and mentally.

Her teaching is creative and challenging, and her classes will help you heal, cleanse and detoxify the body and mind.
