After years competing internationally as a ski racer, Imogen discovered yoga as a way to unwind physically and mentally, to both strengthen and stretch the muscles needed for a long day on the mountain.
Also a qualified ski instructor and personal trainer, Imogen has lived and worked in verbier for the last six winter seasons and now joins the studio to share her passion for yoga with us.
She gained her 200hr yoga teacher training certification in Ubud, Bali, in 2019. Since then she has deepened her own practice and fallen in love with teaching yoga to others.
Her classes will mainly focus on vinyasa flow, where not only can you expect to move, sweat and breathe, but also will focus on learning new skills, whilst gaining full body flexibility. Imogen’s classes will leave you feeling invigorated, aligned and connected to yourself, as well as deeply relaxed.
