Tina Schiffer
Tina has dedicated her life to sports since a very young age. She grew up to become a professional athlete but finishing her skiing career she decided to become a trainer to share her knowledge and passion for sport with others. The key points of her training philosophy are rooted in her former sports career - balanced training, constant progression and body awareness.
She is available for Personal Training as well as offering group classes, for all fitness levels. Customised personal sessions can help you come back stronger after an injury and with her sports specific training sessions you will be able to reach higher levels in your favorite sport.
