Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. Fitness and wellness adventure retreats for women, in Verbier, Switzerland. Balancing hiking, fitness, yoga and self-care in the Swiss mountains. A mountain wellness retreat like no other!
The aim is simple: to offer you the same uplifting experience and joy I take from being immersed in the mountains on mini adventures, whilst improving one’s health, fitness and wellbeing. Be that a hike with friends along beautiful, wild trails. Adventuring to a new undiscovered lake for an invigorating dip. Or simply taking time out to rest the mind & body, with no guilt attached.
CURRICULUM
PROGRAMME - An average day
07:45 - Yoga flow to rise with guided morning meditation
08:30 - Breakfast
Rest & Digest
10:00 - Scenic mountain hike
13:00 - Picnic lunch by a lake (optional lake dip)
15:00 - Pilates
16:00 - Self-care time: (e.g: complimentary massage/rest and relaxation)
19:00 - Dinner

Lottie is a full time ski instructor in winter as well as an experienced spin instructor and personal trainer.
Lottie has lived in Verbier since 2012, living and breathing the fitness lifestyle the mountains here have to offer. Ski coaching in the winter months & offering her own fitness and wellbeing retreats during the summer months. In addition to her classes at the studio.
