Veronika
Growing up in a ski resort, Veronika has been a ski instructor for over 23 years. Her love for yoga grew as it perfectly complemented her skiing. With 8 years of personal practice, she completed her 200-hour YTT in 2024. Veronika teaches Vinyasa with a creative twist, encouraging her students to explore their own inspiration on the mat. She is the owner of Inspire, as well as the founder and organizer of the Winter Ski & Summer Bike Yoga Retreats. A strong believer in supporting and encouraging everyone, whether on skis, a bike or on the mat, she is dedicated to helping individuals flourish and achieve personal growth.

Milly
Milly came to yoga, as many do, with a view to getting back into shape, but she was immediately struck by the transformative qualities the practice had to offer, both on and off the mat. She has completed 550 hours of training in various styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin and is keen to share her passion for yoga and the incredible benefits it can bring, both physically and mentally. Her teaching is creative and challenging, and her classes will help you heal, cleanse and detoxify the body and mind. Milly is also a qualified massage therapist and can give both strong, therapeutic massages as well as relaxing and soothing treatments.

Sophia
Sofia is a passionate enthusiast of nature, animals, and all outdoor sports. Growing up in a farmhouse instilled in her a deep respect for the seasons, sustainability, and animals, values that have profoundly shaped her connection to the environment and her dedication to living in harmony with it. Sofia graduated from the "Riza" School in Milan and pursued two years of specialized study in reflexology at a prestigious institution in Turin. During this period, she focused on lower lymphatic massage, enhancing her knowledge of the body’s natural rhythms and healing processes. She later earned her diploma as a massage therapist in Milan. Her work is driven by a strong belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself through natural methods, and she is devoted to helping others achieve balance and vitality through holistic practices.

Alexandra
After years of dedicated self-practice, Alex felt inspired to deepen her knowledge and share her passion for yoga. She completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Nico Luce and has since taught internationally in Canada, Bali, Barbados, France, and the UK. Alex has accumulated extensive training and teaching experience in various styles, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, and Tibetan sound bowl meditation. Whether joining Alex in a class, workshop or retreat, you can expect dynamic flows that challenge both body and mind, balanced by moments of calm and tranquility. Alex creates an uplifting environment where students feel empowered to explore their practice with joy and curiosity. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Alex’s teachings offer a unique mix of engaging flows, insightful yogic knowledge, and plenty of smiles, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and ready for more.

Tilly
Tilly originally trained as a massage therapist in 2010 and through her many years of experience has added a number of specialities to her repertoire, including relaxing massage, deep tissue, sports, suction cupping, bamboo massage, hot stones and reflexology, as well as pregnancy and post-partum massage. With a keen awareness of individual client needs, Tilly customises her treatments to ensure a personalised experience. Throughout the session, she prioritises your well-being, aiming for both relaxation and rejuvenation by the end. Drawing from over 15 years of yoga practice, Tilly furthered her knowledge through a 200hr YTT training, delving deeper into the ancient discipline. Following the birth of her daughter in 2021 and experiencing the transformative impact of pregnancy and childbirth on the body, she expanded her expertise to include training in pregnancy and post-natal yoga. This additional training equips her to guide individuals on their journey to parenthood, fostering a better understanding of their bodies and utilising yoga to prepare for, and heal from, childbirth. Since 2024, she has also been teaching aerial yoga, using the silk hammocks to help yogis stretch deeper and challenge their inner fears!

Elisa is a French naturopathy practitioner (traditional European medicine) & massage therapist based is Verbier. She is certified by ASCA for Naturopathy so that you can have your sessions refunded by your insurance company if you have complimentary cover. From well-being massage to holistic health, she wants to help everyone to feel better. She is very sensitive, empathetic and is very receptive to clients' requests and identifies what they need during their massage treatments with the aim to relax both your mind and your body. With naturopathy, Elisa helps you to identify why you are suffering and how to get back to harmony thanks to natural techniques such as, nutrition, phytotherapy, breathwork, floral elixirs, micronutrition, hydrology etc. Her philosophy is - health is gained or lost every day, in each act of our daily life so she aims to help YOU to find your magical recipe, get back to your deep nature and live in shape, joy & in health!

Kirstin
Senior yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals, Kirstin believes everyone can benefit from yoga. When she attended her first class over 20 years ago she thought it was just exercise! After the session, she noticed that she felt different. She loved the physical aspect, the focus on the breath & the sense of being calm yet energised. Since 2009 Kirstin has taught teenagers, octogenarians & every decade in between. Her speciality is in modifying sessions to the needs of the group or individual. Movements are simple. Time is given for skill-building. You are encouraged to pay attention to your breath & body. During a class Kirstin offers guidance & gives space so your experience can unfold. Whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner there is always something to learn. She encourages you to notice the quality of each movement. You are invited to move with awareness, to discover the sweet spot between effort & ease. It may be challenging at times, but it will never overwhelm. She has a warm, sincere & light-hearted approach to yoga, she makes yoga accessible to every body.

Carole
Carole discovered yoga in Australia and practised ashtanga at the time. Later she spent a month in India, where Carole learned the basics of yoga, and discovered a whole world of inspired themes. She graduated with a 200hours TTC Yoga Alliance in Rishikesh, moved to Switzerland, practised yoga at Inspire Studio and felt inspired by the feeling that yoga brings. After a second 200 hour teacher training at Inspire, Carole started teaching in November 2021, realising that yoga is not just a unity of the mind and body but it becomes a lifestyle with great benefits to our daily Yang life. Through regular practice the mind feels lighter, the mood is better and both body and mind unite to go deeper and beyond asanas. During her free time she continues to gain knowledge from inspiring teachers and training to deepen her desire to get a happier, more peaceful life, this is how she got her yoga alliance certification in yin yoga and aerial yoga . Carole believes that yoga is accessible to all, offering one of the keys to an easier life, a good body and clear mind.

Mirjam
Mirjam believes that we practice to remember the essence of who we are, which patiently rests behind all the layers of humanness. She is a Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Consultant. The practices that she has been taught over the last decade have profoundly influenced her life and opened new perspectives, from which the desire to share these practices was born. She believes that what we practise on the mat or on the meditation cushion will really bear fruit when we can integrate our insights into the way we live day in and day out.

Evie
Evie has been in the ski and fitness industry from a young age, she is incredibly passionate about sport having ski raced from the age of ten. She has now been living in the mountains for the last nine years pursuing a career in ski instructing and personal training. Although she arrived for a winter season, like many, she fell in love with the mountains and the endless opportunities provided for hiking, cycling and skiing all year. Evie offers a mixture of strength and high intensity. workouts while being adaptive and attentive to people’s unique needs and abilities. These are fun and enjoyable workouts that will keep you motivated and leave you feeling strong to take on all that Verbier can offer. Evie is a qualified pre and post natal fitness trainer and offers fun and challenging Spin classes, as well as a variety of fitness circuit training for strength and mobility as well as ski fitness.

Pilates | Pilates Reformer
Aimee
Aimee has spent the past eight years in the fitness and sport industry coaching a variety of sports to people ranging from newcomers to high performance athletes. She found reformer pilates through injury and quickly fell in love with the machines that offer precision training which is great for recovery from injury. With her Mat & Reformer Teacher Certification and Diploma in Clinical Pilates, she teaches reformer, mat, and clinical rehabilitation pilates, as well as skiing. Aimee’s sessions are always shaped to your individual goals and requirements. You can expect a fun packed, creative, and energising session; challenging you wherever you are on your fitness journey.

Hannah
Hannah has always had an interest in the mind-body connection. From Sports Psychology, Personal Training, and Sports Massage, to Pilates, Yoga and Meditation, she pulls upon all her knowledge and embodied practice to shape her classes. Her yoga practices intend to relieve tensions, steady and stabilise mind and body, as well as drop into deeper states of calm and ease. Mindful sequences and a good dose of fun, her classes are an invitation for everybody to access a place inside of them that goes beyond the demands in life. She hopes to help cultivate a sense of relief, inner contentment and a return to balance. Forever a student, Hannah continues with her studies updating her qualifications every year. She is currently studying for her 500HR Yoga Teacher Training with Dr Ananda from the Gitananda Yoga School. Hannah is also a massage therapist, so you can enjoy her vast knowledge of the body and movement in a passive treatment for ultimate rest and relaxation.

Maddie
Maddie came to Verbier for one season in 2020 as a massage therapist, and has not left yet. She is a UK qualified Physiotherapist, with Swiss recognition, and works at a clinic in Martigny. She also holds her APPI Matwork Pilates qualification. Since moving to Switzerland she has been selected to play for the Swiss Womens 27s Touch Rugby team, winning a Bronze medal at the European Championships in 2023. She is in training for the World Cup in Nottingham in 2024. For winter season 2024 Maddie is joining Inspire on Wednesdays & Fridays, offering Physiotherapist-led Personal Training and Pilates. Luli
Luli is from Argentina where she has always found a strong connection with nature. She has been living in Verbier since 2010 where she arrived to work as a ski instructor and masseuse and at the same time continue to live in the mountains to practice these passions. As a beautician and masseuse, she likes to use a combination of different techniques such as Ayurvedic massage, hot stones, suction cups and deep tissue to best meet the needs of her clients. You can look forward to feeling the warmth and positive energy of Luli and enjoy a powerful holistic treatment that will cleanse your body of negative energy while balancing your emotions. Luli has been part of our team of yoga teachers for three years now after finishing her training in Rishikesh, India. Her classes are deep and dynamic, can have pranayama exercises, meditation, yoga philosophy and asanas approached from Hatha/Vinyasa but also inspired by Yin to develop her flexibility. Suitable for all types of people and ages. Luli sees the importance of taking a holistic approach with health, incorporating yoga into her life as well as fitness.

Mika
Through her experience from years of teaching yoga, Mika has found that her main offering as a teacher is to create a space for people to connect to their bodies. Her teachings are based in tradition, and she uses different techniques to support of moving the awareness from the thinking mind, into the body and the present moment. She has a firm belief that the body holds an innate wisdom, and the practice is to become quiet enough to hear all it has to tell us. And in her own experience, the yoga mat is where that journey started.

Pilates | Pilates Reformer
Hélène
Hélène started studying Pilates in 1995 following a spinal injury and has been an avid student in matwork & apparatus exercises ever since. She is teaching group and private matwork classes, as well as private Reformer sessions. She is dedicated to bringing the fundamentals of Pilates into her students daily lives in order to improve their physical wellbeing and sports performance, with a focus on the prevention and improvement of musculoskeletal injuries. Hélène is fluent in French and English and has been working as a transformational life coach since 2014. She is also qualified in hypnotherapy and NLP.

Nina
Nina has worked for over fifteen years in the health & beauty industry and in Verbier for the past seven winters. She works regularly in the Grand Hotel Nordic Spa and Fitness in Stockholm in the summers as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, massage therapist, skin and spa therapist. She gives amazing high intensity classes including: cardio box, dance fitness, core flow & cross training, as well as release sessions like Mountain Flex for those who want the benefits of stretching but don’t like yoga. She is specialised in Post Pregnancy fitness and recovery from injury fitness, combining training with massage for effective results. There are very few trainers or massage therapists who have Nina’s experience and enthusiasm to make you the best version of yourself. Her energy is infectious and will leave you buzzing for the rest of the day.
