Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. She hopes that whether you are a student or teacher, you will also discover your own personal transformation at Wholeycow.

Christine Staheyeff
Christine is a former professional ballet dancer from the Zurich Opera House. After six years in the fitness industry, she decided to focus on teaching Pilates and Adult Ballet (Art of Motion & Bodymotion). Christine is passionate about the ability of Pilates to transform and heal the body. She includes elements of fascia awareness and dynamic visualisation while teaching you to apply the Pilates principles in daily tasks and other forms of exercise.
She can teach in French, English and German. Privates and semi-privates are on the reformer, tower, chair or spine corrector. Group sessions are on the mat, with or without props such as rollers, magic circle, gliding discs and more.
