Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. Tilly Webster
Tilly originally trained as a massage therapist back in 2010 and provides a range of treatments including relaxing massage, deep tissue, sports, bamboo, hot stones and reflexology.
She has a talent for intuitively understanding your needs and seamlessly tailoring her treatments to match each person’s individual preferences- be it a strong therapeutic massage or deep relaxation that you're looking for.
She will ensure you feel cared for throughout your treatment and to feel both relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards!

After more than 15 years of practice, Tilly also completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and also teaches aerial yoga (including restorative aerial) and knows the physicality of the body well.

Since having her daughter in 2021 and experiencing the impact that pregnancy and birth have on the body, she has also trained in pregnancy massage and post-natal massage techniques, as well as pre and post-natal yoga (including Mum & Baby yoga!).
